this is a disturbing photo. . but speaking of photos, i was glancing through your archives and found the pics you took in washington last nov(?). i love water shot with the tree in the corner, that is really lovely, both artisically and in regards to clarity. do you mind if i ask what brand of camera you use? havn't got to your chapters and short story yet with the holidays and everything. . .will email you later :)

thank you! i shoot with a canon 10d. the clarity is due to the lens, which is a 24-70mm f/2.8 "L" series lens. i'll take credit for the composition, but the rest of it is the equipment. ;)here's a higher res version of that shot for you...i'll be able to get to your stuff soon, too!
