I loves me some typewriters. There's a problem though---typos. Most letters I write on typewriters look like this:
"Dear Gasiline Hobp,
I meant to write "Gsoline---FUCK!!---Gasoline Hobp---FUCK!!---Hobp...""
And on and on, with me explaining I have fat fingers (which are frustrating if you're trying to play a mandolin, which I wish I was, but I'm working) and asking forgiveness for wasting the recipient's time. Then I usually just crumple it up and toss it out.
In other words, it's a total waste of time. Like this comment. Stay away from my Narwal.
yeah, typos are a problem, but i find that my MAIN issue with typewriters is that i type too fast for the hammers to keep up. are they called hammers, actually? that seems to be a logical name, but maybe they're called winklezaps. you never know.
anyway, when i get in a groove with a typewriter, i start creeping up on 90-100wpm, and i end up with several of the little arms wedged together.
so while i'd love to be able to write exclusively on that thing, it's really not all that practical.
and that's WITHOUT the typos.
p.s.: your narwhal is hot. so smooth. such supple fins...

which bit? the narwhal or the salad tossing bit? the narwhal is random, the salad tossing is just deviant.
I learned a new phrase today. I have to say that is absolutley DISGUSTING! I can't beleive people do that . Nasty! I have serious hygiene issues with that one.....I was thinking you meant a REAL salad and why would you make one for a whale. Why would a whale eat one? I am so naive! I wish I didn't know that now....
